Lettered in 1966, 67, 68…CCIW Champions in 1966 and 1968…Team Captain in 1968…All-CCIW selection in 1968…in 1967 was second in catches with 39 and third in yards with 638…in 1968 was first on the team with 50 catches and 880 yards including 11 catches for touchdowns…second in career with 107 catches and first in yards with 2071 also first in touchdown catches with 24…had a record setting 12 catches on 9-14-68 vs. Luther…As a senior in 1968 he finished third in the state of Illinois (NAIA District 20) in scoring with 11 touchdowns and one two point conversion for 68 points…He was second in NAIA District 20 in receiving with 50 catches for 880 yards…Named to All-Lutheran team in 1968…Still holds Augustana school records in six different categories: most receptions in a single game with 12 vs. Luther on September 14, 1968, most receptions in a single season with 50 in 1968, most yards receiving in a single season with 880 in 1968, most career yards with 2,071 from 1965-68, most touchdown pass in single season with 11 in 1968 and most career touchdown passes with 24…His 880 yards receiving in 1968 is first and his 683 in 1967 is second on the school's top 10 single season lists…PERSONAL: Married to the former Arlis Hasselbusch with three children - Meg, Ryan and Christopher…Is the owner/partner of J.K.
