Augustana College Athletics

A 1924 graduate, Kenneth Conrey was an Augustana athlete who participated in four sports.  He earned 14 varsity athletic letters with four each in tennis, basketball, and baseball as well as two in track.  Conrey won Conference Championships in tennis singles and doubles all four years.  In basketball he was an All-Conference forward for three years and he was on the state college All-star team twice. 

Conrey was also a member of the Phi Omega Phi fraternity, serving as President in 1924; Editor-In-Chief of the "Rockety I" in 1923; President of the student body in 1924 and Valedictorian of the 1924 graduating class.  Conrey's student-athlete excellence has earned him a spot in the Hall of Honor.
