The 1995 outdoor women's track and field team is the first team to inducted into the Tribe of Vikings Hall of Fame since the 1981 men's track and team was inducted in 2013.

Led by coaches Fred Whiteside and Ron Standley, the 1995 Vikings placed first in the CCIW during the outdoor season, their third straight title at the time. This was the beginning of nine straight outdoor championships. Augustana placed sixth at the 1995 NCAA Indoor Championships and 15th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

Leading the Vikings throughout the season was Rachel Knapp, who won the national championship in the indoor 800m race, clocking a time of 2:11.63. The Vikings saw four All-Americans during the indoor season and two in outdoor, with Knapp earning three total in the 800m indoor and both the 800m and 1500m outdoor, where she placed second. Kim Wallace earned All-American status in three different indoor events, placing sixth in both the long jump and high jump, as well as fourth in the 55m hurdles.

The Vikings also boasted eight individual outdoor conference titles in 1995. Felicia Carrell (100); Jacqueline Bowden (400); Rachel Knapp (800, 1500 & 3000); Kristin Pittman Discus); Allison Wolak (HJ); Michelle Yocherer (Heptathlon) all won their respective events.

Four Vikings from the 1995 currently hold school records to this day.
