DECATUR, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings baseball team fell to the Millikin Big Blue on Tuesday by a score of 7-0.

Alex Simon obtained the game's first hit with a single down the left field line, but Millikin put a run upon the scoreboard in the bottom of the first. Simon secured his second hit of the night in the following inning before the Big Blue tallied four more runs in the third. Both teams remained scoreless until Millikin notched another in the bottom of the sixth and seventh innings. 

With the loss, Augie moves to 18-14 on the season and 5-7 in conference play. The Vikings will return home to host Wheaton later this week.
