MOLINE, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings baseball team earned its second victory on Sunday in game four of the Augustana Invitational, beating the Dominican Stars in seven innings by a score of 13-3.

Augie was first on the board in the second inning after a double from Daniel Mosele brought in the Vikings' first run before an error by the Stars brought Michael Aragon home. Augie tallied four more in the third inning, starting with an RBI double from Dymitri Kanellakis, followed by a run alongside Grant Biggins after another error by Dominican. Mosele closed the inning with his second double of the day to make it a 6-0 score. Alex Simon added another run to the board in the fourth after stealing home.

In the sixth inning, the Stars earned a pair of runs before Simon scored his second time after advancing off of an error by Dominican. The Stars added another run to their score, but Augie grabbed the final five runs of the game, beginning with a miscue to bring Cole Green home. Kanellakis notched his second double of the day before Colton Davis singled to bring two runners home. Aragon wrapped up the final game of the invitational with a sacrifice fly to right field to bring pinch-runner Zachary Gulliksen home. The final run stretched the scoring difference to 10 to conclude the game after seven innings.
