ROCK ISLAND -- Augie recorded the second draw of their season on Saturday, resulting in a 0-0 final against the Millikin Big Blue at Thorson-Lucken Field.

Offensive pressure was prevalent for both teams through both halves of play, with fouls being the main contributor to the scoreless affair. Millikin had two potential goals taken off the board due to offsides and an illegal throw in. Augustana tallied 18 fouls, while Millikin had eight. Both teams were issued two yellow cards throughout the contest as well. 

The Vikings were led in shots by Ben Statz with two attempts. Statz was also one of four Vikings to register a shot on goal. Goalkeeper Benjamin Samuelson kept the match from tilting in Milikins favor, tallying five saves and playing all 90 minutes. 

Augustana hits the road to face the Elmhurst Bluejays at Langhorst Field on October 12. Start time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
