ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – Augustana recorded the 10th shutout in program history Wednesday, defeating Monmouth 15-0 in a St. Patrick's Day matchup at Thorson-Lucken Field. Coach C.J. Holder's club improved to 3-3 on the year, while the visiting Scots fell to 0-2.

Margaret Cecilio (Archbishop Mitty HS, San Jose, Calif.) each added a pair of goals in the next six minutes to give Augustana a 6-0 advantage with 19½ minutes remaining in the first half.

Sydney Rector (Fishers HS, Fishers, Ind.) got in the scoring act at the 13-minute mark. Hettiger scored consecutive goals, with the second triggering a running clock with seven minutes left in the half. Senior

Ariel Gonsowski-Padron (Zion-Benton HS, Zion, Ill.) scored her first career goal off a Pielechaty assist with 22 minutes left to complete the night's scoring.
