Sophomore Jenna Dvorak had a goal and an assist Saturday in
Augustana's 3-0 win over St. Mary's in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Less than a minute and a half in, St. Mary's keeper Thalia Robles deflected a shot by sophomore
Jenna Dvorak (York HS, Elmhurst, Ill.) off the post, but sophomore
Cameron Kekelik (Munster HS, Munster, Ind.) was there for the follow-up and a 1-0 Augustana lead.
The Vikings would outshoot their hosts 9-4 in the opening 45 minutes, but the advantage was still just 1-0 at intermission.
The visitors extended the lead to 2-0 in the 57th minute. Junior
Anna Fank (Wheaton Warrenville South HS, Wheaton, Ill.) put her free kick from deep on the right side in a perfect spot and sophomore
Grace Sigler (Rock Island HS, Rock Island, Ill.) headed it over Robles.
Just minutes later, Augustana had another goal nullified by an offside call.
In the 79th minute, Dvorak finished off a long run with a 20-yard blast from the left side that nestled inside the far post to make it 3-0. She became the 11th different Viking to score a goal through the team's first four matches this year.
Augustana finished with a 20-4 edge in shots, including 11 put on frame to just two for the Belles. The Vikings had a 5-2 advantage in corners. Augustana sophomore
Sydney Ion (Aquinas HS, La Crosse, Wis.) went the distance in goal and recorded a pair of saves, while Robles stopped eight shots in 83 minutes for St. Mary's before exiting.
The Vikings return home to host Coe at Thorson-Lucken Field on Tuesday, September 11. That match is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
