Jordan Tice enters her fourth season as Augustana's head women's lacrosse coach in 2026-27 after being named the fourth head coach in program history in the spring of 2023. In addition to leading the Vikings, Tice begins her first year as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance after being promoted to the role in the spring of 2026.
Tice guided the Vikings to their first winning season since 2018 and the program's highest finish in the CCIW since 2017, placing third in the conference.
During her tenure, Tice has coached three First Team All-CCIW selections, three Second Team All-CCIW honorees, 15 CCIW Academic Honor Roll recipients, and two CSC Academic All-District selections.
Before arriving at Augustana, Tice spent two seasons as the second head coach in the history of the program at Monmouth College. She previously served as an assistant coach at North Central College while earning her master's degree in Sports Leadership.
A former midfielder at Goucher College, Tice was a three-time Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll selection and a two-time inductee into Chi Alpha Sigma, the national honor society recognizing excellence in academics and athletics.
During a semester abroad at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, Tice competed in lacrosse, helping her team capture the British Universities & Colleges Scottish 1A conference championship while earning the Most Dedicated Player Award.
In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Tice has coached club lacrosse with Lakeshore Lacrosse, East Ave Lacrosse, and True Lacrosse.
A native of Batavia, Illinois, Tice graduated from Batavia High School, where she competed in track and field and played club lacrosse for Lakeshore Lacrosse. She lives in Davenport with her mixed-breed dogs, Georgia and Wembley.
