Joshua Zolecki had been an assistant coach for the Vikings for the last two years. The Minooka, Illinois native played collegiately at Hunter College in New York and continued playing at the club level after graduation. He earned All-American recognition by the USAV in 2012.
Zolecki has had numerous coaching positions at the club, high school and collegiate level during his career, including a two year stint at Benedictine in Lisle, Illinois. He moved to the Quad Cities in November of 2017 with his wife Robin and he is employed at the Exelon Nuclear Power Station in Cordova, Illinois.
