Hunter Rock

Hunter joined the Augustana volleyball programs in summer of 2021. He finished up his playing career at Hiram College in 2021 where the team qualified for the NCAA tournament for the first time in program history and won the AMCC conference. Rock was a two time All-AMCC academic peak performer in his four seasons there. He appeared in 67 matchesa, tallying 293 kills and 81 blocks. 

Rock began coaching girls volleyball at James A. Garfield high school in Northeast Ohio. There, they finished second in conference while seeing improvements in kills per set as well as blocks per set. 

Hunter began coaching boys volleyball at Everest Volleyball Club in Twinsburg, Ohio where he served as an assistant coach on the 16's nationals teams. The squad took second place at Winterfest in Columbus, Ohio in his last season and competed at Junior Nationals in Kansas City.

Additionally, Rock coached high school boys volleyball for Stow-Munroe high school. He served as an assistant on this coaching staff that had a successful season making it to the regional finals where the team fell one game short of qualifying for state.
