Mark Roth joined the Augustana men's basketball staff prior to the 2015-16 season. A 2015 graduate and member of the Vikings' 2014-15 final four team, he is also employed as a resident director in the school’s Office of Residential Life.

Roth wrapped up his playing career as the fourth-most prolific three-point shooter in school history with 144 field goals from beyond the arc. His .388 career three-point percentage was 16th-best all-time at Augustana and his 107 games played were tied for fifth-most in school history at the time of his graduation.
