The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Softball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes softball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
Burton, a junior from Round Lake Beach, Illinois, is a Chemistry Education major at Augustana. She started and played in 42 games, finishing the season with 19 hits, five doubles, and two stolen bases in 81 at-bats. Defensively, Burton recorded 93 putouts and 58 assists in the infield for a .940 fielding percentage. She posted season highs of three hits, one double, and two runs scored in Augustana's CCIW Tournament game against Millikin on May 7.
Evans, a senior from Farmington, Illinois, is a double major in Kinesiology (Pre-PT) and Communication and is a two-time recipient of this honor. She started 37 of 38 games this season, tallying 33 hits, six doubles, and 12 RBIs in 105 at-bats while batting .314. At third base, Evans totaled 35 putouts and 72 assists for a .960 fielding percentage. She recorded a season-high three hits against Middlebury on March 27 and added five putouts in the CCIW Tournament game against North Central on May 8.
Osborne, a sophomore from Rock Falls, Illinois, is a Nursing major on the Pre-Med track at Augustana. She started 35 of 37 games and finished the season with 31 hits, six doubles, four home runs, and 15 RBIs. Behind the plate, Osborne registered 174 putouts and 21 assists for a .980 fielding percentage. She turned in a standout performance on April 16 at Dubuque with season highs of three hits, one home run, and five RBIs.
Schmidt, a sophomore from Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is studying Sports Psychology at Augustana. She appeared in 35 games with 33 starts, recording 27 hits and five stolen bases in 85 at-bats. In the outfield, Schmidt totaled 35 putouts and one assist for a .970 fielding percentage. She matched her season high with two hits in the CCIW Tournament game against Millikin on May 7 and collected five putouts against UW-Oshkosh on March 23.
Gradin, a sophomore from Davenport, Iowa, is a Communication Sciences & Disorders major with a minor in Elementary Education. A two-time First Team All-Conference honoree, she started all 44 games this season. Gradin finished the year with 50 hits, eight doubles, 12 home runs, and 34 RBIs in 141 at-bats while batting .355. At first base, she recorded 224 putouts and 10 assists for a .990 fielding percentage. She posted season highs of three hits and three runs scored on April 21 at Grinnell.
