NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Colleen Chiavola of the Augustana Vikings women's lacrosse team has been named the CCIW Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season.

Chiavola earned this honor after her performance this past week in the Vikings' games against Illinois Wesleyan and North Central. In the game at Illinois Wesleyan, the junior caused three turnovers and grabbed three ground balls. She then broke the school record for caused turnovers in a single season during the home finale against North Central, tallying five caused turnovers and a season-high nine ground balls.

Additionally, she was named First Team All-Conference on Tuesday, marking her first time on the All-CCIW list.
