BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- A total of 20 members of the Augustana women's water polo team have been named to the ACWPC All-Academic list, the organization announced this week.
Selected from a group of remarkable candidates across various disciplines, the All-Academic recipients represent the epitome of dedication, perseverance, and scholarly prowess. These individuals have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to maintaining high academic standards while excelling in their respective sports, showcasing the perfect blend of intellect and athleticism. To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC, while the athlete must attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher. The groups are divided into three teams based on cumulative grade point average (GPA): Outstanding (4.00-3.71), Superior (3.70-3.41) and Excellent (3.40-3.20).

Further, over 50 schools posted Team Honors for achieving GPAs over 3.0. Augustana ranked seventh in Division III with a 3.48 team GPA.
