NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Max Sellers and Ben Schultz of the Augustana Vikings men's volleyball team have been named to the 2025 CCIW All-Conference team, the league announced on Tuesday. 

For the second consecutive season, Sellers earned CCIW Defensive Student-Athlete of the Year, along with All-CCIW First Team. It is also the fourth straight year on the All-CCIW list. In conference matches this season, Sellers is first in the conference in digs with a total of 114 and the only player to average over three per set at 3.08. The fifth-year collected a season-high of seven assists early in the season versus UW-Stevens Point before obtaining 18 digs against Aurora. Sellers collected double figures in digs in 14 matchups and received CCIW Defensive Player of the Week two times this season.

Schultz earned Second Team honors for the second season in a row. The fifth-year is ranked second in the conference in hitting percentage at .439 with 73 kills out of 132 attempts. Schultz is also No. 5 in the league for total blocks with 23, four being solo and 19 being assisted. He recently posted a season-high of 11 kills against No. 14 North Central and blocked seven attempts at North Park to open conference play. Schultz also concluded the regular season with seven assists, 12 service aces, 31 digs, and 207.5 points. 

Additionally, Garrett McNelis was named the recipient of the CCIW's RESPECT Award.
