ROCK ISLAND -- The Augustana Vikings men's volleyball team will host the No. 14 North Central Cardinals on Wednesday, April 2 for their final home matchup of the season. 

The Vikings enter the contest with a 12-11 record and 2-6 in conference play after sweeping North Park on Saturday. As a team, Augie hit .293 percent, while holding their opponent to .112 percent. Ryan Huntington led the team with 10 kills and Colin Schaefer notched 39 assists to earn CCIW Setter of the Week honors. Max Sellers had 14 digs, while Ben Schultz served two service aces and Cole Clarke blocked three attempts.

North Central sits at 13-6 on the season and 5-3 in CCIW action after falling to Loras on Saturday in three sets. The Cardinals hit .159 percent as a team, while their opponent hit .451 percent. Carson Steinbach and BK Bartlett led the team with 11 kills apiece, while Tyer Donovan obtained 26 assists and Danny Smithers had nine digs. North Central owns a 4-3 away record with their last road matchup being the loss against Loras. 

The Cardinals hold a 2-12 all-time series record over Augie, with North Central winning 3-2 on March 6.
