CHICAGO, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings men's volleyball team heads east to begin conference play against the North Park Vikings on Saturday, February 22. 

The Vikings enter the contest with a 10-4 record and return to action after a 3-2 loss to Dominican on Thursday. Sean Carlson led the team with 16 kills, while Colin Schaefer notched 44 assists and Max Sellers had 16 digs. Carlson and Ben Schultz served two aces apiece, while Schultz and Tom Lamb blocked four attempts each. 

North Park owns a 7-6 overall record and 0-1 mark in conference play. The Vikings return to action after a 3-1 loss to No. 12 Loras on Tuesday. As a team, North Park hit .252 percent, while their opponent connected on .389 percent. Ty Ingrao led the team with 15 kills, while Liam Miller notched 24 assists and Gerald Malana had nine digs. The Vikings hold a 2-1 home record this season, with their last home matchup resulting in a 3-0 victory over Olivet back on February 8. 

Augie holds a 9-3 all-time series record over North Park, winning the most recent matchup at the Carver Center last season in straight sets. Zach Moreano led the team with 10 kills, while Schaefer collected 24 assists.
