NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Rayane Haidi of the Augustana Vikings men's soccer team has been awarded Second Team All-CCIW, the conference announced Tuesday. It is the first time since 2018 that an athlete on the men's soccer team has been awarded All-Conference. 

Haidi posted five goals and one assist in his nine games played in the 2024 season, with a season-high of three goals against Central in September. The sophomore secured the game-winning goal against North Central to help the team earn their first conference victory and first win over North Central since 2011. Haidi is sixth in the conference in points with 11 points, averaging 1.22 per game. 

Additionally, teammate Diego San Pedro was named the recipient of the CCIW's RESPECT Award.
