ELMHURST, Ill – Augustana women's volleyball dropped their second CCIW match tonight to fall to 0-2 in league play and 4-13 overall. The Bluejays defeated Augie in three sets to complete the sweep.
 
Augustana's fought back in the second set after getting beaten 25-12 in the first. The Vikings challenged Elmhurst but eventually fell 25-20.
 
Brook Fieldman again led Augie in kills with 10 and had the third-most digs with 11. Two other Vikings recorded double-digit digs as well as Grace Vranicar made 15 and Olivia Doak 13. Doak had another quality night ass a setter with 18 assists.
 
The Vikings will head back to Elmhurst this weekend for their next series of matches. Augie will battle Kalamazoo, John Carroll, and UW-River Falls in attempts to get back on track.
