ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The Augustana women's soccer team will be back in action tomorrow afternoon for the opening contest of the CCIW schedule. The Vikings will host the Pioneers of Carroll University.
 
The Vikings bring an even 3-3 record, and a two-game losing streak, to the pitch tonight. In their last contest, Augie fell to the Simpson Storm earlier in the week by a 2-1 margin.
 
Carroll comes into the weekend's game with an impressive record of 7-1-1. The Pioneers are riding a two-game winning streak after suffering their only loss on Sept. 18 at UW-Oshkosh. Carroll's draw came earlier in the year when UW-Platteville visited for the 1-1 tie.
 
Recent history between Carroll and Augie has been evenly played. In the last four matches dating back to 2016, each team has won a game and two others have been played to a draw.
