After a timeout they ran a play for Alexis Jones (Marist HS, Chicago, Ill.) but the shot was off and the two teams moved into overtime.

In the extra period Augustana was unable to maintain the hot shooting from the fourth quarter. The Vikings hit just one of nine in the overtime and were outscored 8-2 to account for the final score of 66-60.
