ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The threat of bad weather has forced the non-conference men's basketball game tonight between Augustana and Central to be moved up one hour. Instead of starting at 7:00 p.m. the Vikings and the Dutch will tip things off in the Carver Center at 6:00 p.m. and the junior varsity game has been moved to 4:00 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m. The weather forecast calls for the chance of snow along Route 80, which would be the route traveled by Central from Pella, Iowa.

Central comes into the game with a 7-1 record and has been drawing votes in the NCAA Division III National Poll according to D3hoops.com. The Vikings are 7-3 following a loss at Wisconsin-LaCrosse on Tuesday night and they are currently ranked 24th in the latest poll.

Augustana and Central have met 18 times and the Vikings lead 14-4 but the Dutch won the last meeting, in 2014-15 by a score of 89-78 in Pella, Iowa.

Augustana will not play again until December 31 at Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
