Sydney Fox's ninth goal of the season got IWU on the board in the 12th minute. Mary Kate Schmidt was credited with the assist.
The Titans extended the advantage to 2-0 in the 26th minute. Tess Bottorff headed in a cross from Fox for her fourth goal of the year.
Alison Seger's second score of the season made it 3-0 in the 35th minute. Illinois Wesleyan would take that lead to the halftime break.
Augustana sophomore
Sammi Farkos (Homewood-Flossmoor HS, Flossmoor, Ill.) erased the Vikings' goose egg in the 89th minute with her second goal of the year.
The visitors managed just five shots in the match, only two of which were on frame. The Titans put eight of their 10 attempts on goal and had a 5-1 edge in corners.

Meredith Chew (Paradise Valley HS, Phoenix, Ariz.) went the distance in goal for Augustana, recording five saves. Her IWU counterpart, Katie Denny had one save.
