Freshman Grace Iaquinta led Augustana with seven shots

The Vikings led 1-0 at halftime but allowed a goal early in the second half and the neither team was able to score after that.

Kelly Farell (St. Ursula Academy, Sylvania, Ohio) got Augustana on the board at the 34:54 mark in the first half when she converted on a penalty kick for her sixth goal of the season.
Early in the second half (47:35), Wartburg tied the contest with a goal by Alyssa Hewitt off an assist from Brittany Frush.
The Vikings outshot the host 17-12 and had nine shots on goal compared to six for the Knights. In the first half Augustana had 11 shots to just five for Wartburg. Freshman

Augustana is now 8-3-2 overall while Wartburg is 7-4-4. The Vikings will host Carthage at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18.
