Fulscher is entering her third academic year with Augustana after joining in October 2023. She oversees media relations and coverage of the college's varsity teams, as well as the department's social media and live-streaming efforts. Since 2023, Fulscher has covered All-Americans, nationally-ranked programs, and All-CCIW performers, as well as hosting national tournaments and conference championship events.
Fulscher earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at Monmouth and was a four-year student assistant in the sports information department.
