Morgan Riordan joins Augustana as an Assistant Water Polo Coach in August of 2025, following a standout collegiate career at Salem University, where she was a two-time NCAA Division 1 Championship participant and a four-year All-Academic honoree. She earned her BA in Sport Management (magna cum laude) and completed her MBA in Sports & Recreation Management.
Morgan brings coaching experience from Salem University and Northwest Chicago Water Polo, where she helped lead the 16U girls to a 3rd-place finish at the Junior Olympics. With a strong background in aquatics, player development, and athlete mentorship, she is excited to support the growth and success of the Vikings program.
