Augustana College Athletics

A former three-year letter winner in baseball at Luther College, Jeff Rose handles the strength and conditioning for all 28 varsity sports at Augustana. He graduated with degrees in biology and psychology from Luther.
 
Rose has his Master’s Degree in exercise science from the University of Northern Iowa. He serves as the director of performance and development as part of the Athlete Development Project in affiliation with Orthopaedic Specialists, and Plaza Physical Therapy known as Complete Athlete Care. His special interests are overhead sports, Olympic weightlifting and injury prevention.

• Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach with Distinction (10 years of being a S&C Coach) (RSCC*D)
