Kristin Fleagle, Ed.M. is a mental performance consultant who joined the Augustana TFXC staff in 2025. She earned her Master of Education in Counseling with a specialization in Sport and Performance Psychology from Boston University. Prior to her graduate studies, Kristin spent a decade coaching collegiate track and field, gaining valuable experience in athlete development. Kristin also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from Carthage College, where she competed as a varsity track and field athlete.
From 2020 to 2022, Kristin interned with Fordham men’s soccer, leading workshops on mental fitness, goal setting, and team cohesion. Most recently she served as the mental performance coach with the team. In addition to the team-focused work, she provided individualized support to athletes, helping them address personal challenges. Kristin also collaborated closely with the coaching staff and athletic trainers, creating a multidimensional support system for the team.
In her current role, she continues to use a person-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on self-reflection and self-awareness as key tools for personal growth. Kristin helps athletes and coaches build resilience, manage stress, and enhance their performance.
