GREENDWOOD, Ind. -- Four members of the Augustana Vikings women's swimming & diving team were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team, the organization announced Tuesday morning. Kendle Mihm, Avery Spacek, Mara Walker, and Giselle Koonce were among those recognized.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® women's swimming & diving teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Mihm, a junior from Lino Lakes, Minn., is studying Psychology and Spanish at Augustana. At the CCIW Championships, Mihm won the 100 freestyle, 400 free relay, and 50 freestyle. Additionally, she set three pool records, was named CCIW Student-Athlete of the Week twice, and received the Elite 26 Award, which is presented to the student-athlete who excels academically and athletically at the conference level in each of the CCIW's 26 sponsored sports. This is the second year that Mihm has received this academic honor.

Spacek, a junior from Lenexa, Kan., is a Communications Sciences and Disorders major with a minor in Psychology. She earned All-Conference in the 1650 freestyle and 400 individual medley. This is the second consecutive year that Spacek has been on the All-District list.

Walker, a junior from Le Roy, Ill., is a Communication Studies and Disorder major at Augustana with a minor in Disability Studies. She tabbed All-Conference in 400 individual medley, 200 individual medley, 1650 freestyle, and was a part of the 800 freestyle B relay. Walker is a two-time honoree of this academic reward.

Koonce, a sophomore from Lake Forest, Ill., is a double major in Accounting and Finance. At the CCIW Championships, Koonce was the top finisher for Augie in the 1650 freestyle, while collecting All-Conference honors in 200 freestyle and 500 freestyle. The junior was a part of the 800 freestyle relay that placed second at the event.
