MONMOUTH, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings men's golf team was victorious at the Fighting Scot Spring Invite out of 10 teams. The Vikings secured a team score of 598, while the C team finished at 622 and the B team hit 636. 

On Saturday, Calvin Short led the team with a round score of 70 to sit one under par after hitting an eagle on hole 14. Liam Shannon followed with one shot over par at 72, along with Patrick McGrath. Jacob Brokaw and Rodrigo Sanchez-Serrano hit 76 on the day, while Noah Ehlenbach shot 77.

On day two, Drake Stoudt hit even with a round score of 71, and Ehlenbach hit two over par with a score of 73. Anis Rezzoug and Brokaw shot 75 on the day, with Thomas Fornelli shooting 77. 

Total scores for Augie were Short (149), Ehlenbach (150), Shannon (151), Brokaw (151), McGrath (151), Stoudt (154), Rezzoug (155), Fornelli (157), Schanez-Serrano (158), Trey Hubner (159), Jakob Stefanowicz (162), Nathan Riha (162), Camden Flack (162), Mason Weigle (164), Rodrigo Faundez (167).

The Vikings will be back in action on April 16 for the CCIW Preview in Rockford, Ill.
