ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The 2026-27 schedule is set for Augustana College women's wrestling and the season begins in just eight days.

 

On November 4, the Vikings open their season when they welcome Wartburg to the Roy J. Carver Center. Augie then hits the road for a pair of opens, competing in the UW-Stevens Point Pointer Open on November 7 and the Luther Open on November 14. 

 

Augustana's first conference match takes place in Rock Island on November 17 when Elmhurst visits. And, after a trip to Eau Claire, Wisconsin, for the UW-Eau Claire 8-Woman Battle on November 21, Augie hosts another CCIW foe in North Central on November 24. Augustana's final regular-season CCIW match takes place on December 4 when the Vikings visit Illinois Wesleyan. To close out the 2026 portion of the schedule, Augie visits Simpson on December 14 before hosting St. Ambrose on December 16. 

 

The Vikings open the 2027 calendar year by hosting the Fred Johnson Duals on January 2. Less than a week later, Augie participates in the NWCA D3 Women's National Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa, on January 8 and 9. For a final tuneup before the conference championships, Augie will visit the Mike Duroe Invite on January 16. The CCIW Championships then take place on January 24 at Augie. 

 

Following the CCIW Championships, Augustana hosts the Quad Cities D3 Invitational on February 6 and 7. Then come the NCAA events. The NCAA Region 5 Championships take place on February 20 and 21 in Indianola, Iowa, and the National Championships take place on March 5 and 6.
