SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- The Augustana Vikings women's bowling team has been recognized as one of the 49 All-Academic Team Award recipients for the 2024-25 season by the National Tenpin Coaches Association, the organization announced Tuesday.

The Vikings concluded the 2024-25 academic year with a cumulative GPA of 3.280 to sit at No. 46 in all NCAA Divisions.

Augie also had five student-athletes named NTCA All-Academic. This year, there were 397 honorees representing NCAA bowling programs at 66 schools. To qualify for this award, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher for the academic year.

Maddie Lathrop - Senior - Pre-Medicine/Public Health
