NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings dropped a dual matchup to the North Central Cardinals. The women's wrestling team fell to the No. 4 nationally ranked foe by a score of 44-2, and the men dropped to the No. 8 team by a score of 44-6.

For the women, the Cardinals won all the weight classes, with Augie collecting two team points in the 138 and 145 categories. Aine Moffit grabbed four points in her loss at 138, while Maryam Ndiaye grabbed two against her No. 2 regionally and No. 7 nationally ranked opponent at 145. 

On the men's side, North Central secured the first four weight classes before Colin Roque secured the 157 class. The senior pinned his opponent to collect six team points for the Vikings. North Central claimed the final five matchups to conclude the dual by a score of 44-6. 

The Vikings will be back in action on Tuesday, Dec. 2, to host MSOE and Illinois Wesleyan in the Augustana Invitational.
