ROCK ISLAND, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings men's and women's cross country teams completed the CCIW Championships on Saturday. The women's team finished fourth out of eight teams, while the men placed seventh out of nine schools. 

On the women's side, Ryan Jednachowski led the Vikings with a sixth-place individual finish with a time of 22:50.7 to earn first-team all-conference. Frida Martinez clinched a top-20 finish and second team all-conference after crossing the finish line with a time of 23:23.3 to place 19th. Norah Wright followed in 26th with a time of 23:42.4, while Keira Nelson clocked a time of 23:50.0 to finish 29th. 

Other finishers for Augie were Renee Jednachowski (23:50.9), Sammy Lehr (24:01.8), Mackenzie Meirhaeghe (24:29.2), Marie Weber (24:34.8), and Rylee Noack (26:30.5).

Additionally, Noack was the recipient of the CCIW RESPECT award.

For the men, Daniel Prochaska was the top individual placer for the Vikings with a time of 26:21.0 to place 23rd. Isaac Schuda crossed the finish line with a time of 26:44.4 to place 31st, while Emiliano Almendariz followed in 38th after clocking a time of 26:58.5. 

Other finishers for Augie were Christian Haywood (27:18.9), Jaden Gocken (27:29.7), Ben Gricius (27.33.0), Ethan Storie (27:34.3), Adam Miller (27:52.0), Lukas Nykaza (28:36.3), and Liam Storie (29:02.3).

Additionally, Mitch Dolynchuck earned the CCIW RESPECT award.
