PELLA, Iowa -- The Augustana Vikings men's golf team finished fourth out of 16 teams at the Central Fall Classic on Tuesday with a final team score of 619.
Patrick McGrath led the Vikings with an eighth-place individual finish after firing 75 in round one and 77 on day two for a total of 152.
Liam Shannon followed in a six-way tie for 11th after shooting 79 and 76 for a total of 155.
Jacob Brokaw and
Calvin Short followed by one shot with a score of 156. Brokaw shot 75 and 81, while Short shot 82 and 74 to tie for 17th.
Trey Hubner secured a top 25 placement after hitting 78 in round one and 79 on day two for a total of 157.Â

McGrath shot seven birdies, while Short and Flack shot five, Shannon shot three, and Brokaw had two. Brokaw also noted an eagle in a par-five hole.Â
The Vikings will be back in action on Oct. 25-26 at Knox.Â
