STERLING, Ill. -- The Augustana Vikings women's tennis team saw its three-match winning streak come to an end on Sunday, falling to the North Central Cardinals by a score of 7-0.

Natasha Gauerke earned a win at No. 2 doubles for the Vikings, claiming their match by a score of 6-4. The Cardinals grabbed the other two doubles contests to secure the single point heading into singles. All six singles matches went in favor of North Central to wrap up the 7-0 victory.
With the loss, Augustana drops to 3-2 on the season. The Vikings will be back in action this weekend for the ITA Regional Championships in Kalamazoo, Mich.
