ROCK ISLAND -- The Augustana Vikings men's and women's track & field teams wrapped up day two of the Augustana Midwest Twilight Qualifier on Thursday with a total of 49 personal records. 

For the women, McKenzie Reser conquered the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.98 and finished fourth in the 200-meter run posting a mark of 24.70. In the 800-meter run, Lina Maatouk was first to cross the finish line at 2:15.21, while Portia Carrera clocked in at 5:19.11 in the 1500-meter run to place eighth. 

In field events, Charlotte Frere threw 46.12 meters in the discus throw to obtain fifth place.  

On the men's side, Reid McNeill jumped 4.30 meters in the pole vault event to finish fourth and Dakota Straight placed 10th with a height of 4.15 meters. Sean Abracia-Wendel, Connor McBride, Jason Smith, and Braeden Clements secured a season-best time of 42.77 in the 4x100 relay. In the 4x400-meter race, Sylvester Brady, McBride, Dean Check, and Cameron Tomko clocked in at 3:24.20 for a new season best.
