ROCK ISLAND -- The Augustana Vikings men's swimming & diving team dropped a competitive battle to the Grinnell Pioneers at home on Saturday, falling by a score of 102-84.
"Today was a great day of racing and we have enjoyed competing against Grinnell and look forward to continuing this rivalry for years to come" said head coach
Dan Lloyd. "Senior day is always special and the senior class we honored today were freshmen when our pool opened, so we have truly come full circle. They have made a major impact on our program in four years and I am grateful for all they have given to our team and the legacy they will leave. I will miss each of them greatly and I am excited to see what the next chapter holds as I know they will continue to do great things in life."
