ROCK ISLAND — The Augustana men's wrestling team completed their final home dual of the season against the Cornell Rams on Tuesday night, suffering a 35-6 defeat.
Trevor Boryla got the Vikings on the board with his triumph in the 133-pound class, beating Eli Sneed by 8-3 decision. Boryla's win follows his impressive outing at the CCIW Championships where he climbed his way to a second-place finish, winning two matches before falling to No. 1 ranked North Central grappler Robbie Precin by 4-1 decision in the title match

Daniel Skold defeated Landen Schemmel in the heavyweight division by 6-0 decision. Skold registered two takedowns and an escape in the match.
For their next competition, the Vikings will travel to Dubuque, Iowa, for the Dubuque Invite on Sunday, February 19. The tournament begins at 2:00 p.m. and can be streamed
