SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Augustana Vikings men's golf team completed in Region V Showcase at Warren Golf Course on Monday and Tuesday, earning a sixth-place finished and a combined total of 622.

Augie's leader of the outing was Alexandre Thery, who finished 17th and scored 154 in the Showcase with round score of 74 and 80. Thery stroked 21 total pars in the two-day contest. Close behind Thery was Vilhelm Johannson, who shot 77 and 78 in tournament for a grand total of 155.

The Vikings had three other participants that chipped in a top-50 finish, Adam Soczka scored 159, while Cortez and Sam Evenson holed 160. Johannson and Cortez had a total of six birdies and Soczka trailed with five.

The Region V Showcase indicates the conclusion of the fall season for Augie's men's golf. The spring schedule will be announced at a later date.
