Early in the game, Augie and Elmhurst traded blows, but the Vikings pulled away with a 16-2 scoring run to end the first period with a plus-12 point differential. The Vikings went on to control the game on both ends of the court, giving up just 24 points to the Bluejays throughout the final three frames while scoring 55 points of their own. A 40-point effort from Augie's reserves boosted the team to their 43-point victory. Cali Papez had 18 points, and Macy Beinborn had 13 points to lead Augie in scoring.
