YORKVILLE, Ill. -- The Augustana men's golf team visited Whitetail Ridge Golf Club on Wednesday for the CCIW Preview, finishing 10th out of 14 teams.

Augie played through a mostly sunny day in Yorkville, completing the outing with a team score of 318. Just edging out conference foe North Central on the day.

Adam Soczka was the top scorer for the Vikings, shooting a 77 and tying three other participants for 22nd overall. Senior Vikings Tyler Langel  and Jonah Snelling  finished one stroke apart with scores of 78 and 79, respectively. Aaron Rogers and Noah Ehlenbach both finished with 84, a score in which Augie took.

Augustana will be back in action on September 25-26 for the Midwest Region Fall Classic at Brighton Dale Golf Course in Kansasville, Wis. Start time on Sunday is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
