NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Augustana sophomore Rose Klinger was selected as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Bowling Student-Athlete of the Week on Wednesday.

A native of Elmhurst, Illinois, Klinger earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Lewis Flyer Classic held February 11-13 at Strike N Spare in Lockport, Illinois. She finished with a fill percentage of 81 percent and a strike percentage of 50 percent in the Vikings' traditional matches. Augustana finished fifth out of 13 teams, while Klinger placed third as an individual.  This is Augustana's second CCIW Bowler of the Week honor this year as Klinger joins teammate Abigail Clark, who was named the student-athlete of the week back in December.
