ROCK ISLAND, Ill. – The Augustana men's wrestling team will hit the road Wednesday night for their final dual meet of the season. The Vikings will travel to Mount Vernon, Iowa for a matchup against the Cornell College Rams.
 
Augustana will be looking to finish the regular season above the .500-mark. The Vikings are currently 8-7 overall and 4-3 in conference action. The Augie men are currently on a four-dual winning streak after an undefeated day at the CCIW Duals and have also won seven of their last eight dating back to Gator Boots Duals in mid-December.
 
Cornell is currently 6-3 on the season and riding a one-dual losing streak. The Rams were shut out 44-0 in their last match against the 13^th-ranked Coe College Kohawks.
 
Since 2014, Augustana and Cornell have faced off on eight occasions with the Rams holding a firm 7-1 advantage. The Rams also won the most recent meeting in the 2020-21 season by a 30-18 score. Augustana's last win came in the 2019-20 campaign with a 23-19 victory at home.
