NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Augustana's Macy Beinborn was selected as the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week on Monday.

Beinborn, a junior guard from Bettendorf, Iowa and a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School, averaged 21 points and 4.5 rebounds for the 1-1 Vikings last week. She finished with 20 points and eight rebounds, along with a 4-of-6 performance from three-point range against Wheaton on February 9. Beinborn followed up with 22 points and a 6-of-9 performance from the three-point line in a 62-58 win at Carthage on February 12. She knocked down the go-ahead three-pointer with 1:23 remaining against the Firebirds.
