ROCK ISLAND. -- Augustana's women's basketball team remains at the Carver Center on Saturday, November 26, to face the Webster University Gorloks.

The Vikings enter the contest with a 4-1 record, with their most recent matchup resulting in a 79-69 victory over Colorado College. The Vikings could do little wrong in the first half against the Tigers, putting together a 49-point effort. Presley Case was efficient from beyond the arc, making 3-4 attempts in the first half. In the second half of Monday night's contest, the Tigers opened with a full-court press look against Augie, resulting in a forgettable third period for the Vikings before they settled in during the final frame. Macy Beinborn was the Vikings' leading scorer, dropping 16 points on 50 percent shooting. Two other Vikings eclipsed double-digit point totals, Emily Brenneisen and Gabriela Loiz.

Webster enters Saturday's matchup undefeated on the season, sporting a 3-0 record. The Gorloks recently competed in the Webster Tip-Off Classic, where they went 2-0 and secured both contests by double-digit point totals. The Gorloks first downed the University of Dallas by an 82-55 score and were led by sophomore guard Emily Wilson's 18-point effort. They then faced Aurora University, besting the Spartans by a 70-56 score on their home court.

The Vikings currently lead the Gorloks in the all-time series by a 9-6 record. The last matchup between the two programs came in 2021, where Webster secured an 81-74 home victory over Augustana.

Start time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. from the Roy J. Carver Center. The stream link for Saturday's matchup can be found here
