NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Augustana men's wrestling (8-7, 4-3) had a successful day at the CCIW Duals in Naperville. The Vikings completed a 4-0 event with wins over Wheaton, Lakeland, Carthage, and Concordia Wisconsin.
 
The Vikings opened the day with a 27-24 victory of the Thunder of Wheaton. In that dual, Chase Clark and Josh Woodrey picked up wins via fall while Jacob Badger and Alex Cruz earned decisions. Vinny Querciagrossa sealed the win with a pivotal win by injury default.

Augustana's second win of the day came in more convincing fashion. The Vikings trounced Lakeland, 53-3. The Vikings earned four wins via forfeit and added four more pins. Lakeland's Aleksandar Pejovski picked up the only win for the Muskies at 149 pounds.
