th in the latest NCAA Division III Central Region poll, defeated Carthage 6-3 in a match played in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The Vikings made short work of the Pioneers, winning all three doubles matches by identical 8-3 scores and taking all six singles matches in straight sets.

Peter Alex (Hinsdale South HS, Darien, Ill.) took care of Chayce Roecker and Joseph Harrison 8-3 while at number two senior
Jack Morkin (University HS, Bloomington, Ill.) and sophomore
Rodrigo Medeiros (Reino; Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil) beat Ian Foster and Mitchel Gjerseth 8-3. Junior

(Colegio, Itoca; Sao Paulo, Brazil) defeated Nick Bissegger and Jordan Nowell 8-3 at number three.
DeRezende defeated Roecker 7-5;6-3 at number one and Alex took care of Harrison 6-2; 6-4 at number two. Sophomore Guilherme Calixto
(Calegria; Presidente Prudente, Sao Paulo, Brazil) beat Foster 6-3; 6-1 at number three and Morkin defeated Gjerseth 6-1; 6-1 at number four. Medeiros picked up a 6-0; 6-0 win over Ryan Strupp at number five and Daluga beat Bissegger 6-0; 6-2 at number six.
Augustana will be in action again on April 24 at home against Wheaton.
