Kelly Bethke's squad to 12-4 on the year, while the Engineers dropped to 7-8.
The Vikings took the opening set 25-21 and cruised to a 25-10 win in game two. They fought off RHIT in a tight third set, avoiding further play with a 26-24 win.

The Vikings jump back into College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin play on Tuesday, September 27. They'll travel to Waukesha, Wisconsin to take on Carroll in a 7:00 p.m. match.
